I waited almost an hour for room service without being informed about the wait time. The breakfast was overpriced and just tasteless—definitely not worth the €14.50! Cold pancakes and weak coffee made for a really disappointing start to my day. Plus, there was no fridge in the room, which was frustrating in hot weather.
